Really need to take some consideration for the players that are not run and gun, online random shootout type gamers. If not in Reforger at least in Arma 4. We don't play 1/2 the day or a few hours and thats it. We go days on the same map so not being able to save vehicles and squad AI and come back to where you left off is crap. Give some settings to administrators to set these things rather than depending on mods that break every damn update.

We can make a mp game. We can join it in LAN but cannot get outside connections to join our game? Do i have to port forward ArmaReforger by chance. When we played when the game came out we did not have this problem but now no one outside our house can connect. They can see the game and even attempt to join but then gets an error and to be honest I do not remember what the error is. Sorry.

You’ve gotta be a squad leader, and then you can direct them. If you’re on Xbox you have to recruit the AI 1 by 1 by pressing left bumper and the select button and choosing recruit. Not sure about PC or PS

Many vanilla community servers run much better.

I know that the built in Confilct Scenaios say something about compatability with GM, but not sure if it is what you are referring to. We do use it on our server to fix what might normally be game breaking or extremely annoying occurrences that you cannot otherwise get around.

Get the "community promoter role" from: Channels and roles.
After you got that role you can type in the community channel: /community, that activates the armabot for promoting communities, accept his rules (1st time thing) and than fill out all the fields that needs to be filled, and press send/post, tho be warned if you community has been advertised within the past 14 days you will be breaking the 14 day cool-down rule per community

2. External RCON is possible. I use BattleMetrics, costs you $10 a month though. You can use any other RCON solution to get this done, however.

So where is place for a bug report? Not sure if its the main game or the WCS mod. But basically when flying a heli and i change some bindings the rockets and flares/chaff no longer works but miniguns are still working? Have you played on Official Conflict lately?

• Server drops to 17-25 frames and then hitreg is back to airsoft levels vs players for half the game

• Supply depots can take up to 2 minutes to be recognised by the vehicle you are loading/unloading when player count above 35

• Insufficient supply at the start of the game if arsenal is built when even just 16 players are on a team(won't matter as much once rank locked arsenal is in)

the settings for flying are pretty basic in reforger, there isn't much you can do, if you wanna use mouse I heard most pilots set the DPI pretty high when flying

I recommend just going into Game Master and spawning yourself a helicopter, I'm sure you will figure it out in a couple of hours

I don't understand complaints about AI lethality. We have not found this to be true at all. Yes, ocassionally one of us will get killed by a single shot, but this is during a firefight of 20 plus AI against 4 players. If you base accuracy off the results of the fight, considering 20+ vs 4 , we are the extremely accurate ones. I would hate to hear the AI complaints. That BS.. I just threw 3 mags in the human players general direction and he survived but killed me with one shot to my face.

Is there a setting to turn the AI up? I find it way more unrealistic that we survive such fights with 5 to 1 odds.

Well, you've used 5 PG-7V projectiles, 10 supplies each, so in total 50 supplies only to get one guy with 5-supply equipment. That MG I'm using was stolen from your armoury. In Reforger economy is important. With my pal @[PBS] Snoke we got over 180 ruskies there, we've destroyed at least 4 Mi8s, 3 BTR and some crazy amount of UAZs and Urals. We were engaging so many of you at MB Levie that it had some serious impact on the whole map. You need to remember that when repetitiously spawning in the same place only to get one player every 5th or 6th time.

Yep, cranes are ok, but too obvious at the same time. At Saint Philippe it's best to take second crane and Saint Pierre - second or even third one. When shooting form inside of them, it's almost impossible to be located by sound.

Since 12.12 it's a sad norm. I've changed my mind completely on PS players. ATM it's the worst that could happen to Reforger. Vanilla Conflict stopped being a challenge. It's a mindless FPS. And there's absolutely no perspective of any improvement. For the first 10 minutes of every round the most important thing is to get away from friendlies as fast as possible.

Vote-kicking should not be anonymous and should have simple 3-point choice option when giving reason: TK, Game abuse, Profanities/Racism. If you'd be vote-kicked based and you'd prove that it was unjust, player who initiated it should be punished. Supply is actually not the fastest way at least what I noticed. To get full exp from supplies you need to be the one unloading and building what is hard cuz everyone wanna be helpful. You can build the helipad yourself at any base so long as youre high enough rank (lieutenant) and the base has enough supplies for both the helipad and to spawn the helicopter

Basically i recommend first to just go to scenarios->game master everon, then fly and practise. Then do the tutorial. Then go play conflict, by taking bases and setting them as the objective you are attacking, you get more xp. Do logi in between your trips and you will reach lieteunant in a few or more bases

Alright folks. Im new on the ps5, so naturally you can imagine I’m not the most experienced… but man, am I struggling with the fights in this game. I don’t hate it, don’t get me wrong, I feel like I COULD very much enjoy myself here, but half the time I don’t even see who’s shooting before I die. It doesn't take much to die in this game so you gotta be careful wherever you go and constantly check your surroundings, never rush into anything as 1 person in a bush could wipe your entire squad with a single mag. Be careful moving in open areas too as you're more prone to getting sniped easily, try move in bushes or along walls whenever you can

Yes, It is friendly at most part. If you are player who is up to a teamplay then you are set to go. There is a good tutorial that explains mechanics of the game and there are plenty of people who are happy to explain how to play. If you are playing on EU we can play together

A little while ago, I took a helicopter to an objective. We landed, dismounted, and the Huey caught a rocket right after. Knocked us all out, since we were right next to it… I come too, look to the left- there’s a guy on the floor. To the right, two more. Helicopter is right in front, burning…. It’s push to talk, not open mic. On Xbox you hood left bumper to talk.

In game chat gets a bit complicated, it’s great, but you have proximity chat (only people near you can hear you) and radio chat, radio chat is broken up into different channels. There’s platoon which means the whole team hears you (48 or 42 depending on the team) then smaller squad chats. There’s a way to bring up the chat wheel and choose your channel but idk what system you’re on

Also, enemies can hear you talking if you’re near them, and you can steal enemy radios to listen in on the other teams conversations

Is there somewhere an overview of what hardware is required to properly run two Reforger Conflict servers at 128 players? Been looking for a dedicated machine and just curious how much is actually needed. I could of course opt for the big machines like a 7950X3D with 128GB RAM, but maybe something smaller (e.g. a 7700 with 64GB RAM) is enough to run two with top notch performance.

At least 5-6 cores per server with >4000 passmark single thread score, and at least 16 GB RAM per server. 7950X3D is a good choice as the cache helps as well.

If you get 7950X3D it is faster on Linux than Windows

I believe it will be able to run one 128 conflict server when full. But it does not have enough cores to run more than 1 at a time, so I would expect severe bottleneck once both servers are full.

So if you when your scrolling looking for modded server look for ones that have the gm mode indicated on it. You can also while looking at a server wait till it shows the full name most servers have pve written at the end. Also depends on what pve server your looking for such as Chilsim milsim so on. You also go the looking for unit channel on this discord which can help you get picked up by a group. I can give you a server name to but you'd have to pm me because its against self promotion rules of this server as I have not long promoted my community recently.

Is there any other battleeye fixes for the group 3 message, "client not responding error" apart from: verify the steam cache, deleting battle eye folder, running the reinstall battleeye.bat as an admin, reinstalling arma reforger, running the arma_be exe as an admin.
