because disappearing fields and vegetation at 150m is just laughable in this kind of game

I honestly hated sinking in a3... just looked janky. But im not that much of a game dev, nor do i play pvp so much that i would consider it an issue.

See thru all foliage, sometimes wall and terrain. I guess you could trace line to all extremities of a player and check if line is blocked, if it is, dont render... but thats intensive

Eg how SCUM has it, if player cant see enemy for whatever reason. Players sees clientside prediction and not actual position until he regain sight
Personally I like the server settings to set a max on the client view distance and set a min on the grass distance.
If you are running a scenario that doesn't require aircraft levels of client view distance you can force a cap on that for everyone, so no unfair advantage for those who can push the VD higher.
The same with the min grass distance setting a sensible minimum on server to prevent clients having it at zero for an MP advantage means all players have the same min grass distance.
Outside of those params there are too many variables to account for for each client.
But then you run into network view distance ;)
that is a different thing entirely it's to do with entity replication on clients, not directly related to client view distance/grass distance.

There is no limit, but being sensible about these things to keep client performance stable is the important point here.

Yes, you can, but its not straightforward. The "listen" server or self hosted server like in Arma3 doesnt exist. So you need to run separate server application. Plus it requires some more advanced routing that your router may not support.
So in short, doable. But i would not advise it.

I can say that today I played on 48 and 64 player servers with only one DC, which is crazy. Previously max was 32 players and DC sometimes

A friend of mine has the problem that he cant join modded server because his game just crashes, does someone has a clue

BattlEye Client: Initialization failed, couldn't update cached BattlEye library.
His BattleEye is not starting, he might have another BattleEye title running at the same time, basically restarting the PC should work.

Go to this folder
C:\Users\XXX\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\profile\battleye
and see if BEClient_x64.dll is in there
if not, then go into steamapps\common\Arma Reforger\battleye and take that BEClient_x64.dll and copy it into the first battleye folder

Based on the log you posted, you're running an old version of the game. It also looks like you have multiple runs in single log file. You should definitely check for updates and verify the data to see if everything is fine.
I would also try deleting those log files and seeing whether running game creates them anew.

I actually just remembered that for some people there is a problem determining/setting up/writing into profile directory. It would explain why yours had old log files in it, since new logs could not be written there. Also, when game was caching BattlEye library, the cache was located inside profile folder and updates of it would fail (same as shown in your old log).

Sadly, no. Need some technical person who is experiencing the problem to help investigate it.

maybe this is helpfull as well sometimes when he starts his game it says that opening ArmaReforger_BE.exe was blocked from opening
From the log, it looks like server disconnected the client while it was loading the map. It may be because of BattlEye, but we'd have to see server log to know that for sure (I think it's community hosted server, so we'd have to ask whoever is hosting it for logs). Game then probably tried to go back to main menu, so it disabled mods that were required by the server, but crashed while doing so.
I would try server without mods.

One of the mods could also be causing the problem.
I've seen stranger things happen. In any case, let me sum this up:
- this machine has issues with logs and profile folder access
- BattlEye is complaining about its own executable
- things that don't crash on other machines (based on what you said) crash on this one
I am getting a bit suspicious about some hardware problem on that machine. I can try and have a look at it after weekend, but there is way too much stuff malfunctioning there that is pretty crucial.
Log and profile seems okay for me because it downloads new mods where is should and also after i deleted old logs it creates new fresh ones

i have some new infos, disabling battleye on my server helped that he can join it, he can join servers without mods without a problem but is there battleye and mods in the game it crashes

oh thats terrible! since the last patch i managed to get several hours in and no disconnects. horrible rubber banding issues with being a passenger in a vehicle but waay better than it was before for me

I still get disconnects too... and I also sometimes end up getting trapped in vehicles. Tried to get out of a supply truck, couldn't, went to Respawn. That didn't work. Tried to quit to main menu. That froze up. Task Manager even had a hard time closing the game.

I tried connecting to some servers and I got a no connection error before even getting in the server, when I tried to connect to the same server with a VPN, it worked and I got in (however later still timed out)

Has Reforger's netcode gotten better? I haven't really played since the first two weeks when people would get dropped every hour or so.
It has been improved, but there are still some technical issues to be resolved before it's fully stable.
There are too many different variables which can cause issues, and BI is solving them one by one (without breaking too much other stuff).
So would it be worth buying?
It depends on your expectations. If you expect a full sequel to Arma 3, you shouldn't buy it.
If want to see what BI is doing with the series and what to expect with Arma 4, try it out.
If you want to play with the new Enfusion engine, go for it!
If you just want a fun game, I'd suggest to wait a month or two, till most pressing issues have been solved and more missions and mids have been released.
But that's my opinion
