Some Pictures from our latest operation, a small 4 Men Coop, to test new gunplay
There is a very niché mod that changes weapon sway and recoil. I can highly recommend it for smaller groups that use ACE3 and especially the medical system. Even when you are hurt, your sway will still be manageable, allowing you to keep shooting straight. Improves gameflow by a mile.

The LDS was adopted 2012-13, the ACOG was adopted in '09 as part of UOR but because MND SE was drawing down and HOTO to ISF, a lot of UOR got funnelled to Afghanistan instead.
When I deployed in '13 with 1 Mech Brigade they gave us ACOGs, while the outgoing 4 Brigade had LDSs. So the incoming troops don't always get the good stuff.

So yeah, I know there's been many PGO-7V3 guides out for years, but I thought my OG-7V markings would be a bit easier to remember? Also with the PG-7VL markings with those "tanks", I meant placing that horizontal line as a "floor" under or a "ceiling" over the targeted vehicle, to be able to get a hit at all at those ranges.

Also, that + on top is the boreline, where the barrel is pointing at. In case someone doesn't know.

The dispersion at that range is quite large for the PG-7VL, it's basically about getting a hit at all. Which is good enough if it's a Shilka or a BTR or something. Trying to aim at a specific spot is pointless imo, when you have that much dispersion at that range.

Last Friday we portrayed Jaeger Battalion 3 during the Battle of Joutselkä on November 30th, 1939

Jaeger Battalion 3 was positioned on the border on the 30th of November 1939 at Joutselkä, the Soviet village of Mainila was just across from the border.
A monument in the shape of a pyramid was present in Joutselkä, dedicated to the Battle of Joutselkä in 1555 where outnumbered Swedish forces won a battle against the Russian Empire.

On the 26th of November 1939, three separate Finnish observation posts manned by Finnish border guards heard the shelling of Mainila, a false flag attack to act as the casus belli for the Winter War.

Images of the monument at Joutselkä dated 1938, the monument was demolished by the Soviets in 1963.

Kavala Hospital Siege 1980's
During their coup, AFRAF forces planned to take control of the hospital to use it's roof's superior visibility, however after storming the hospital with M113s the Coup forces were encircled by A.C.T responders. A 7 hour siege ensued and ended after two tanks captured from the 4th Armored Company arrived. The A.C.T operators, lacking any AT capabilities, were forced to retreat and the AFRAF forces inside could escape.

In the end, neither side would take many casualties, instead the biggest casualties would be the patients inside the hospital. The government troops tried to gas out the coup forces with non-lethal tear gas, however one of these gas grenades would catch fire. The fire would end up engulfing the roof of the hospital, giving many patients inside smoke poising.

Throughout the whole siege both side made an effort to safely evacuate civilians from the hospital. Despite this a total of 13 civilians would die as a result of the fighting.
