I just experienced that with all of my Sengled smart lights and devices in my house. 1. Open a document in Comet, and it will get opened in a new tab. Then, open any other tab and launch Comet Assist. From there, tag the document tab.
2. Instead of reading the documents from a tagged tab, it prompts, 'I can’t directly access or view files saved on your computer, including your PDF resume.' I've tried reproducing it multiple times!

I think their Comet icon is working perfectly fine since a couple of betas in the macOS 26 Dock. Apart from some glitches, as shown by the image, the icons are tinted, but they seem gray. But it doesn't happen often, and gets updated after I quit the application, or close it completely.

It was trying to attach a link in Sheets with a hyperlink formula, screwed it up even though Sheets itself was explicitly showing you have to separate with a semicolon, not a regular comma

I stopped the processing of the task just to show it "look, it's telling you to use a semicolon, PLEASE just look at what it's telling you", it paused for a bit, and then it just dumped one of the numbers into the middle of the link instead and moved on without addressing it

regarding the prompt injection, they've done "something" but I dunno if it's sufficient or not. Recently I asked Comet to summarize my recent emails about AI and it refused to do so because it detected prompts in those emails. I can't remember the names of it now (at a different computer) but on my personal computer I have an equilizer that lets me choose source and destination audio for like switching between bluetooth headphones and speakers built into monitor for output, and between multiple microphones (again, bluetooth or built into monitor). Perhaps having something in between will allow you to use YT like that?

The equalizer acts as sort of a virtual sound card, only know it's running due to an icon at the bottom.
