Adding another data point to the billing issues everyone is reporting. We're Enterprise Max and it's even worse for us - the org credits page shows 54,500/55,000 credits actively consumed and still climbing, while every Computer task gets blocked with "Insufficient credits." So the system is eating credits AND denying service simultaneously. 12+ Intercom messages, zero human response. @FrankWL3 appreciate the context on weekend timing but this is a billing system actively charging customers while blocking service - that needs an emergency response regardless of the day.

You'd think for Google they'd have web search and citations figured out, but from the Gemini app it's like pulling teeth to get citations properly (and they don't copy well in Google still either). Deep Research in Gemini is the only way I've found to reliably get citations... but even then, the content linked doesn't always match the statements. It's an area that needs improvement for sure. In ChatGPT, they seem to be more reliable when you select web search and ask for them, but still have some issues with getting the right citation link matched up with what it's talking about properly.

Hi Perplexity team! I’d like to suggest a small but useful feature: when the “Best” model is selected (auto-selection), it would be great to also have a toggle for “Auto-Reasoning”. If you are someone who lost their access to pro, download the perplexity desktop app and sign in with your account. Then go to account details and update billing. I just did this and it worked for me, even though I already had a card on the account.

For computer, PPLX decided not to use the normal 'queries per week or month' limit... but went with a rechargeable credit system instead.

I think Computer is primarily meant for orchestrating workflows instead of a single research prompt, but some people use it for research too... i.e. not just 'research x', but chaining things together - do the research on whatever and generate different deliverables (spreadsheets, whatever) on it or then also create 10 images for a presentation on the topic, etc. You can still kind of do at least a lot of that with individual queries/different models or providers... but it would take longer, so it's primarily for convenience I guess, and if the task requires scheduling then it might save time too. Somewhat similar to Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Agent. Anyone else have feedback/observations on Computer?

Instead of fixing it, my account was progressively degraded:

• have you seen unexplained billing attempts
• have your quotas or tools been reduced unexpectedly
• were you pushed back to free tier early
• what response or remediation did you receive
