I use ChatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini / Co-Pilot M365 all for different tasks and they each have their benefits and stuff - I would say I use Perplexity by far the most and Comet as my main browser - but I build Custom GPTs in chatgpt - and use Gemini just for my phone - and my discord bot (using up that free vertex credit) and Co-Pilot for 90% of my work stuff as its totally embedded into one drive and email etc - Plus I am writing my own local hosted self evolving chat system - which has been a lot of fun... making it write its own system prompt improvements and stuff

people on the faraday discord, or the uh beaver ai discord were linking up multiple 3080s as the cheaper option because of the vram it offers for the price in comparison to newer GPUs worked out as more cost effective, i know faraday runs everything locally but its set up more like a story writing client, you'd have to make individual 'characters' and then prompt you to act like a tutor or x or x or x, and then web functionality was an extra addition you had to add on

perplexity is the first ive seen that offers it all in one bundle
