Feedback to the Perplexity devs... Your service is really poor and at times highly annoying! Please don't tell me anything about any technical limitation - you are just inconsistent in your implementation of feature and the way limitation are made transparent on the web interface!

Limitation of 50 files (references) attached to a space - which is fine. I totally get putting a limit in there due limitation of different LLMs in terms of number of tokens and other parameters.

What is really a no go is the folloiwng. In my case:

1. The interface shows 46 files are attached but your search tools can only access 16 of them
   2.There's no way for me to override or work around the search tool's arbitrary limitations
   3.The user experience is broken - web UI confirms there are more files but it can't access them all despite being designed to help with space contextual queries

Despite a legitimate technical limitation that creates a poor user experience. When one explicitly ask to read files that the system shows are available, the tool should be able to do that - that's the entire point of having file attachments in a space. Otherwise, limit space attachements to what your service can read all the time!

The core issues:

• Search tools with arbitrary result limits
• No comprehensive file enumeration capability
• Disconnect between what the interface promises and what the backend can deliver
• No fallback methods when primary tools fail

Paying for a service that should work seamlessly with uploaded content, and these limitations make it feel broken and unreliable. It's especially frustrating when one has taken the time to organise 46 files specifically for troubleshooting (contextualisation) , only to hit these arbitrary technical barriers.
