Finding your logs:
For better and faster troubleshooting, please share game logs along with your message.
Open File Explorer
- Navigate to your Steam folder, by default it should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam.
- Find the following file: [...]\Steam\steamapps\common\Enshrouded\enshrouded.log
⚠️ If you do not have "show known file extensions" in Windows Explorer active, the relevant file will appear only as "enshrouded", with no extension and file type "Text Document".
Copy and Paste the log file into Discord
- Head over to #troubleshooting and paste the log file into the channel.
(Troubleshooting in Discord is conducted by community volunteers. Please treat them with respect, and appreciation.)

okay, and forgive me, it's been a busy couple days. Could you explain how and when you are crashing while I look through your log?

Just on the main menu when it's loading shaders, takes about 2 mins before it'll just crash and give me the mini dump error

Okay - can you do me a favor and load back into the game and immediately alt-tab out when you get to the menu and keep the focus off the game and see if that will allow the shaders to complete?

the shaders are making progress 🙂 its not reseting after each crash thankfully

Just thought I'll give an update, i decided to give the game a try again today and so far no crashes or studders for the past 30 mins 😄
