I've got the same error (#troubleshooting message):

Deactivating Tesselation seems to fix the problem currently

Yeah, the driver seems to be a bit wonkier than the NVidia counter part

Yeah that's right. I tried lowering the quality and even restarting the game for each change. The only thing that works is to have it completely off.

@feral flame Thanks for fixing the problem so fast, although I don't know if you meant the following with the known issue with Tesselation enabled on AMD GPUs:
The picture has Tesselation enabled on the highest setting. The textures on the inner side of the roof will get warbled with Tesselation on. The higher the setting the more warbeling can be seen.
