It was a unique building I found, so I set up an altar next to it and got to work. The building mechanics are really nice so I could dismantle all the broken furniture and replace them. As for the buildings themselves, you can dismantle the damaged areas and rebuild them brick by brick.

Those are luminescent blocks. You get them from mining the dark blue stuff in tombs (not the myco, this is more of like a royal color and sparkles) --luminescent growths are what you need to mine- 5 for 100 blocks (can't add screen in edit- will post a pic as soon as my cool down is over)

So there's a large pit in the middle of a lava lake. My game loaded with no shroud but this would normally be located inside the shroud. I dug out to mud a bit and it doesn't seem to have anything in it either, there is 3 enemies down there. It is a fairly steep wall to climb out so I hope no one falls in here when the shroud is up because they aren't getting back out alive.

By pathways do you mean roads?
You can dig up "Dirt Road Block" from roads around the map (not the cracked dirt looking ones), and place them down with the terrain tools. They make roads like you see around the map

Rebuilding Glenwwod's End one brick at a time

Level 23 chests farming, 2 gold, 1 silver, 1 normal. There is a tower just NE of Sapphire Strand (which is E/SE from the SE corner of the Umbral Hollow). Set up a flame altar by this little tower. Glide over to spot 1, loot the gold chest just inside (stay to the left because a greenie can spawn on the roof to the right). Hop back out, jump up to rock 2 and glide across the canyon towards building 3. If you have updraft, land on the left side of the roof again, otherwise walk a bit then jump up to roof. Grab the gold chest, then drop through the hole in the floor and grab the silver chest marked 4. Quickly get out of there before the greenie gets you, i like to hop out the window on the left/back side of ground floor. Then hop up the rocks behind the building and you'll see a basic chest (5).

Move the piece that you can see through the roof in tile inside the house (you should see some space between the piece and the roof. You need to fill this space with the 1x roof block. And to do so you need to remove the roof, fill the void, then put the roof back

For these achievements you need to visit every flame shrine, collecting the sparks is not required. It's not sufficient to have them marked on your map. When you visit a location for the first time you will also see that you get XP, which is a decent indicator.

To note there is at least one location in the Kindlewastes that is not marked as flame shrine / sanctum but counts towards the achievement. It's the sun temple in the very south. I cannot say for certain if there are other locations like this.
