Did any parts come pre-overclocked? Components are designed to run at 100% for extended periods of time, makes no sense that it would get angry at you for 75% under normal temps

for me it sounds like 3 posssibilities now, either GPU/PCIe power warning, CPU fan/pump warning or PSU issue, since asus boards have anti-surge support which will lead to the beep warnings too

If it's coil whine, you'll notice it more if the FPS goes extremely high. You can try limiting it with vsync or similar options.
