How do I resolve quest chains where a coop player grabs the item you need?

For example doing the music sheets quest, my coop picked up the sheet and it did not count for me towards completion

from my experience playing co-op, you should still have the marker on the map. if not then go to your journal and go to the "missed quests" tab at the bottom of the list

I am thinking of getting back into enshrouded, I havent played in quite some time since release. When I was playing, anything I leveled up in, my friends would also level up even if they were not on. Has this changed? For instance, if I leveled up and could now wield a sword, it would also unlock for my friends.

So I thought I had fixed it. I am trying to load up a very old world that was progressed decently far. I have not played in a long time, probably a year. The world is constantly loading at the bottom right. I did get it to load once and the fps was like 15 lol. Maybe shaders were loading but now it just doesn't want to. I think ai is fine in some situations, arc raiders used ai voice lines (with the voice owners permissions) and they used a limited learning ai to control pve enemies

Both of which made the game much more fun and cohesive

It makes it so that they dont have to spend 4 months adding voice line any time a new item or map gets added to the game for pings, and the enemies having a learning ai means that pve content wont get stale, just recently a giant flying enemy learned to enter buildings to kill door peekers

I actually like the idea of paying voice actors for permission to use AI copies of their voice in a game. similar to buying "stock images" and texture files. you'd be buying an AI voice profile. still paying the voice actor. but getting a slightly worse experience compared to genuine voice acting.
The benefit to this is that the actor still gets paid for their voice, but you could keep generating lines at a cheaper cost. Worse Quality, But Higher Quantity.
Imagine a really old game like Oblivion, all that text could be read by AI while paying the voice actors. and not having to have the voice actors read literal tens of thousands of lines.
And it should very much be illegal to use an actors voice in an AI version without paying a license to the actual voice actor.

Note that an AI voice is always going to be worse quality but higher quantity. I like the idea of AI voice models installed in games so they can read whatever text is generated or read without having to actually store/record a line for every single text box. It might be a lot of data to put the AI model in there along with sample files. But it could mean games like Oblivion could have full voice acting for every NPC and even book.
