Mostly because of the way the world map is designed. Traversing would be a nightmare with a ground mount. And with teleport locations in game there is really no need for a flying mount, not to mention flying mounts make it way too easy to ignore the beauty of what this game has and offers on the ground.

Im not sure what isn't really clear about the map not being mount friendly unless you have not really delved into the depths of how topographically insane Embervale actually is. A horse would be a massive burden in the map as designed.

You can always recycle a world save too. Duplicate your main save, wipe any bases and have a fully open map to play with.

There is a great PDF pinned to the top of #1200109637815517184 about using save files. I would read through that - basically you would identify which save slot the file you want to copy is int, copy it to another lcoation, rename it another save slot name, and move it back.

okay and eldren ring had complex map topography and still gave us a mount. the game is freaking huge, yes we can teleport via flame alters and spires and glide via glider but that still doesn't change the fact that once on the ground you have to manage stamina and it can take you 10+ minutes to get to a quest marker let alone traveling to unlock new spires. its definitely a big bummer if they dont add this.

if the bushes and trees are around your altar, they will never respawn. this is by design.

take out your hammer near your altar and look for the yellow "box" around your area. that area inside the box will not respawn. Everything else will respawn over time, maybe days.

Well the kitten has stopped harassing Boo Boo cat as much, Boo is coming back out of his shell (and I caught him playing with kitten, but I won't tattle on him). This means I have been able to play more and I just hit level 22. I really need to surpass this level 13 armor, but it's made me learn how to play carefully lol. Here's what happened: I reported a bug where banana trees wood was being dropped above the tree. A blocking volume is there. I reported not being able to get the wood. Phase laughed and sent it to someone, then the amount of wood they gave disappeared and was replaced by this rng thingy I guess in the first patch. Before, they dropped the same amount of wood and twigs as trees.

Hey y'all. I am very normal about water. Is there any way I can create my own rivers, swamps, wetlands in my base. I know there's a limit of 5 water sources.
I did see a portable pump today, how much does it help?
I only found the normal iron pumps and they're not that great, they don't provide a lot of water.
So my question is, is there any way to create more water?;

Im sure theres so many that I havent explored yet, but my most effective way to get more water has been to use more than one of the iron spouts.

I run an aqueduct system through my base and have found using two where I would normal place more, has gotten me so much more flow.

I just picked up Blink and Evasion Attack. This is fire. I already have Crash Down attack too, so I'm basically like a ninja; blink in with an attack, do a quick combo, blink out or towards another enemy and jump back with crash down attack, and I just jump-blink-hit betwen enemies until I have stamina :D

Making complex and complicated waterways is currently very difficult with how the engine functions. Flow distance is an issue, and the only way to get a good distance is to put a lot of volume in at the source... even then, getting actual rivers is going to be tough.

See, for me, the building in Enshrouded is unmatched. The detail in the tiniest blocks allows for the creation of builds you simply will never get in other games. My literal destress time is hopping into Enshrouded and building on my base. The lighting, colors, asthetics, micro adjustments of the blocks. Its perfect man.

So I did a bit of testing and they didn't pop up, but I didn't fish as much as you.

From the testing I did earlier on it though, I do recall that even within each rarity of fish there seems to be a tier of least to most. Like for the common fish you are most likely to get a lakehopper, after that the shimmerfin and the Silverback was the most rare of the common fish. It could just be unlucky RNG - but I would say if you fished 100 times and got none, it's worth reporting from inside the game.

I think the best storage in any game, without mods, is probably My Time at Sandrock. Quick deposit, access ALL storage from tabs at ANY chest, and quick pulling for crafting tables.
The Terraria Magic Storage mod was good, too.
