I highly suggest reading through there, its quite possible some of your suggestions have been made. If you try to submit an idea thats already been suggested they wont approve your post. And as random said, one specific item per suggestion. If your “idea” is actually a collection of ideas its better to male one post for each or again it wont be approved. Yeah, generally speaking the simpler the better when it comes to feature upvote, hence why the character limit exists in the first place. It should be a concept that's easy to understand and agree with (so people upvote it), but also it needs to be something that is actually actionable by the developers. If it's too hyper-specific, it might technically never be "done", even if the devs decide to implement something very similar to it.

To use my earlier example, "nerf this enemies damage" is a good suggestion, because it's easy for players to understand and and agree (or disagree) with. But it's also good because it leaves a realistic amount of room for the developers to design a good solution for the problem.

If you instead said "nerf this enemies damage by exactly 14 per hit" or something unnecessarily specific like that, even if the devs nerf the damage, chances are we probably won't do it in exactly that way.

Can someone clear this up for me. In the Dev update that was posted a few days ago where they officially announced the release date of Nov. 10th. They were talking about Mage changes. I've heard people saying they are apparently adding more skill/talents to the tree (H) and apparently doing an actual sort of overhaul of Mages, because in the Dev YT trailer all i heard was they was adding a begineer craftable spell "Firebolt" to be crafted I did not hear anything about them make more changes than that. Can anyone clarify this for me?

I actually love construction documentation and found kind of a niche for myself leaning into the more technical side of my work instead of being all about the pretty end results. I have more or less been a technical lead in the two firms i worked in - often a go to for defining standards in drawing communication, detailing, permitting efficacy and figuring out “how do we build this” because so many designers come up with cool looking stuff with no clue how to actually male it a reality - and we can’t rely on contractors solely to do that.

I pride myself on my design documentation. I have a track record of getting permits quickly with nominal revisions and for projects being executed with fewer errors, less questions in construction, less confusion in the field from contractors etc.

... I didn't find Enshrouded till a little afterward.

But I think what really caught my attention with it is that there is a metric crapton of lore storytelling. I honestly get an almost Souls vibe from this dead world that we're helping restore.

Also... I get games like Conan Exiles and the like where your'e thrown in and you get NO guidance. I love that Enshrouded has a way to know where you should go in order to see more.

But if you want to you can just... go off and see what's over the next hill.

Enshrouded hits the perfect line between a guided direction and freedom to explore that so many similar games just don't seem to be able to balance, and every update refines that even more.

There's a house near the "intended" entrance to the Highlands that's right next to a tin mine. Fun part of that one? Level 1 flame works for it, as long as the critters don't eat your face. So many convenient things either next to spires, or in spots you really want your alter anyway
