I've got nearly 500 hours in it. I can see 100 reasons people wouldn't like it though so i can understand the mixed reviews to an extent. If you like village builders/management with a sprinkling of survival and base raids/invasions then you'll like it. It doesn't really do anything on the exploration or story front though. Similar to Enshrouded though, they've been very active with updates, implementing community feedback and such.

I call it sprinkle purely because once you've got past the few dozen hours, you know the easy ways to make the survival trivial 😄 Yes, it still requires you to do the mechanics but it's not overly dramatic ^^

Don't get me wrong, the learning curve is steep. I probably had 3 starts before i actually made it to the first winter (Back before there were world settings) And if you're not prepared, your villagers will die in winter.

Hello, I built a base at fenrigs farm, I got my flame altar just outside next to the fountain but I got spiders still spawning in the basement anyone know how to fix this? It's level 3 and is definitely in the radius do I have to play the altar in the basement I'm unsure if it goes underground

But then Keen doesn't do that, they usually announce release dates
