Nah, I compare the two to how MMA and Boxing are both sports that require a lot of athleticism and are punishing but for different reasons. Boxing punches actually hit harder because thanks to the padding, they can swing with more force for longer, but both are very physical sports

I have never been a wine person, but not because of the tannins, but exactly this.

Dry wines make my tongue feel like someone coated it with some kind of hydrophobic powder. A little bit of "dryness" is okay, but only in milder reds like this Italian wine my Mom had for "spaghetti night" the other week. It was a nice, slightly dry wine with hints of floral and a dash of smoke. It was extremely mild and quite pleasant. I almost wish I knew what it was, because I could partake with others.

Most wines I have tried feel like someone sucked all the water out of my face while just being way too overpowering on flavor. It doesn't have to be sweet... but it would be nice if there were more "juicy" wines... if that makes sense.

Does anyone else find it really difficult to repeat things, in gaming as well as life lol. Died in an elixir well and now I can't even finish the journey back to it to collect my loot without dying again, not because it's difficult, it's well beneath my character's level just because each time I find it even harder to pay attention. I'm like 'let's just quickly get my stuff back before it expires and kill this root while I'm at it'. But instead trying to get back I jump off cliffs without enough stamina to glide, run straight into the lava that isn't lava fall into tiger lairs and critter nests and so on. Must have died about a dozen times in succession and all in trying to do is traverse a relatively easy stretch of terrain and take out a low level root

Level honestly doesn't really matter in terms of what you can handle, it's all about gear. Depending you might be missing some skill points but you can make up for it to a degree by getting all the shroud roots and elixer wells

I think that's because 95% look what the game plays like and end up in one of 4 groups.
1 group the 5% that push onwards and cry for more content.
2 group that waits until the game gets out of EA to do "more".
3. The group that does not really have the spirit / intend to do any more and just bought the game because it was in a sale / it is at the pile of shame every gamer has
4. The 4th group that encounters 2hrs+ in that the game "isn't for them." and complains about a refund.

the nly case I see for it's use is when you reduce shroud timer in the option to the minimum ( I did for a test run) but asoide from that, normal shroud time , and unlimited revive makes it not needed at all

What do you mean by "before you get access to better stuff", the armor is on the same crafting path as bronze and leather. It's level 16 and in the middle of the level 13 and 18 armors.

Why spend the time gathering the same resources to craft worse gear than the level 18? Using it as a cosmetic set should not be a factor at all.

The time investment to get all of the Raw Wool and turn it into Wool to make the armor for Albaneve Summits is absurdly long. Much much, longer than crafting any other armor sets. Even worse is it effectively time gates you from going into the colder areas.

Hm. Here in Denmark we have post offices. Kind of a side hustle for businesses. For example a nearby bicycle store also have a package pickup. So the mail drops packages off at them, and then we can go and get our package from them

Strength food I only put to use if really needed

It's also somehow less/worse than dex got somehow. You can get 40% (8 str) more damage with it, but not like dex who get 65% (13 dex)

Do we know if there are any plans to update interior lighting and shadows and add shadows to the character from sources like torch/ring? Bit weird that torch cast shadows for many other assets in the world, but not for the character itself. Have this problem since release and now after the visual outdoor update, this lack of shadow kinda stands too much because of it.

Timer is a bit harsh but, depending on what your total shroud time is and what you're planning on doing you can dip in and out of the shroud and the 5 minute reduction won't matter much
