Agreed - the issue in my opinion is that the genre of team sports games is not action; the action gameplay is sort of an afterthought in the oldschool NFL games for example.

But the emergent gameplay of team sports games includes things like passing the ball in Football(Soccer) rapidly to cause the held inputs of your opponent to be checked...and some people really like that.

To me the magic of the old-school sports games like SSX, especially as a kid, is they always felt like the kind of stuff you'd imagine yourself doing in your head that you could never actually do in real life lol

Like removing the snowboard and spinning it around, before putting it back on and landing the trick. Completely ridiculous, but it felt really cool

Now there's games like Steep that are definitely high quality, but they try to be so grounded in reality that I just kinda get bored... and it also makes me want to just go skiing in real life

typically for enshrouded, I feel like there are some stuff that are ''too early'' if we can say. The combat system or other stuffs. They are not bad, but not good, they're just as useful as they can be in a game where fights are involved, and for now it is not a thing that can burry the greatness of the construction system..

but in the whole thing, some finished stuff can be bad, as non finished can be great

like charming ruins will always look better than a finished cubic all white home

TBH replaying the game from the start is where a lot of the fun will be. Going through naturally from the start to experience hollow halls and and blackmire and stuff is gonna feel totally different than revisiting them on a 'completed' character.

I am mostly sure that after getting flame lvl 6 in a new version you unlock kindlewaste lower area and mountains, so i do want to know will the bottom of the map gets a little increase? More things to do there would be cool

My wild take is that we unlock the mountains partly and a kindlewaste with lvl 6 flame and then defeating a boss we will unlock deepest point of a new biome after upgrading to lvl 7

I just hope that upgrading to lvl 7 will both require doing smth and kindle and at mountains combined, and that kindle get a little bit bigger at the bottom of the map, and soon ❤️

i have a small house 10x10 paces with altar at center of house and around it are all my npc under single roof with craft table, chest and bed in a corner... i get about 45mins rest time, so why do i need to to decorate more? i dont need more items of comfort such as - paintings, flowers, chairs, lights, vases, bathtub, cheminee and monster heads on my walls or banners...

You can adjust your gameplay difficulty with sliders that change your exp gain, your attributes, and the attributes of enemies

Is there any concrete info on where you can and cannot place a flame altar? Are there hidden height limitations, such as at certain elevations you are no longer allowed to place an altar? I spent quite awhile scaling a mountain only to finally reach the peak, and be constantly be told I can't place the altar anywhere, even where the ground is flat and there is room

if that's the mountain up northwest near the entrance to the blackmire, i had the same issue. i'm relatively certain that it was just because it was too close to a world boundary, because i headed further away from the edge of the new area and it let me place it without any issue

It's a mountain a little ways west of Ancient Bridge, and as far as I can tell, not near any map edge

ohhhhh huh. sometimes it also does it if you're too close to an existing structure, like anything made of the black stone

but other than that, i'm not sure what could be causing it, cause you'd see a red line showing the unavailable building space if that's the reason

Nothing concrete but chances are if it's near something that appears incomplete it's not gonna let you build near it. There's a number of structures like the ones you find the NPCs in that are just blank and empty. Can't build near any of those.

I believe it's to prevent issues when they edit/expand the areas for play. Even in existing regions
