As far as I am aware, there have been no mention of plans for a new map, and we really do not know right now what they have planned or for when. We know that they are aiming to have a content release sometime early April, but what is in it (new areas, new quests, etc.) is completely unknown at this time.

We also know that their projected goals for a full release are in about a year, depending on how the EA process goes and how many of the player ideas they decide to take on.

Anything other than that is speculation, however they are working on a roadmap that will be released "soon" then we will know more.

The two options are, the map expands before 1.0 or they release the full map at 1.0. Both are plausible, no way of knowing until they confirm one way or another.

assuming as much is a let down 😛
I just have the hope that the roadmap continues to discuss future content that is similar to current content, it has a way of making you want to explroe and build, sure, i hope theres more things for the builders also, but just cause theres a roadmap doesnt mean the narrative story will continue.
Just means that there is more to be released.

I have worked in the industry, and while I have many complaints about it - I can tell you two things: AAA developers and designers only want to make something cool. They get paid regardless of whether the game is good or bombs, but they want everything they do to be amazing, because their name is on it. - Indie developers on the other hand, their company could be made or broken by a series of bad reviews, so they tend to me more personal with the community, but the same force drives them - the "fame" of their creation.

okay 94 then (I have never said math was my strong point) In 1994 most grade schools were still using Apple ][c's - the internet was still relatively new and most people still weren't using it, because it requires porting into a text based and very confusing interface. People were still using Windows 3.2 which is VERY different from the windows we use today
