Half sword enhancer makes use of something known as DLL injection
Now the reason your anti-virus thinks its a Trojan, is because viruses also use DLL injection
We call these "false positives"

It can, but not the same way as weight. Based on someone elses script which apparently does work to dynamically update height, it seems like he's writing to the save file and not just updating the value in memory

Scroll up a bit, weight is capped to "1" as the max value, so everytime game tries to update the weight value it defaults to the max value

The game limits the weight stat to 1, so when it makes an adjustment to your weight, it'll cap it if its over that
To fix it, you need to use a ue4ss script

When I ran the game the windows didnt poip up like teh guide said so i created the mod manually, put in the code, made sure to eanble it in the mod.txt, and it still does not work. try changing the name of the folder itself from zDEV-UE4SS_v3.0.1 to ue4ss and place it on the same folder as HalfSwordUE5-Win64-Shipping.exe

I think the reason we can't change the weight is because it's always modified by the height. If you set height to 1 your weight is limited to 83 kg, if you set it to 1.5 weight is 99 kg, and set to 2 then weight is limited to 106 kg.

If you dont know Lua well enough, you will be struggling with 3 things:
Unreal Engines environment
Half swords environment
And the language itself
knock the language off that list
modding is what made me ace my programming college courses ;D

from what i can tell looking at the code, it ranges from 0.5-1 and basically when increased, it makes autoparrying more effective, increases reaction time (for NPCs), makes foot placement more stable, and makes animations blend to feel more snappy or smthn
idk how easy it is to tell tho
i think the animation blend relies on muscle tonus/weight
i've been tinkering with it, and anytime that i use a "heavy weapon" (polearm at >4000g), it scales with how "snappy" it is
almost as if it acted like a dagger
it might be both
The only way to know if it does anything is to make a mod that makes the min and max skill of all npcs 1 and let people decide if it made the game harder.

well the problem with damage rebalance mods is that the player can already locally change how much dmg they take + npcs take

skill seems to have an effect on the "autonomic" parts of the character
including stance + autoparry
at 0.01. my character didn't have any autoparry whatsoever
his stance was also seemingly different compared to other tests
at 0.5, there was an extremely small bit of autoparry and the stance was seemingly a little more "pronounced"
at 0.9, it looked like a completely normal character. normal autoparry (drift slightly in-line to weapon to allow easier deflects)
the stance looked normal and was also more even
at 1.5 autoparry was deflecting basically everything with very limited effort
not automatically like it deflects + counters for you, but it almost instantly puts the "grip" in-line with the other weapon
making parrying extremely easy
ill take a few clips later and highlight the differences
Halfsword has different weather and time of day for each map. So the lighting has to be dynamic
Pre-rendered scenes do look cool, but they arent fit for physics sandbox
I've tried adjusting it, doesnt do anything that I can tell. I was hoping it effect something like grip but naw

as far as i can tell, it's correspondent to how much the character will automatically try to adjust your current guard to some amount of the incoming swing
the higher, the more it'll drift directly to the center of the blow to deflect
the player still has to bring the guard up some amount
but yes, it makes parrying EXTREMELY easy
it'll also change how you're holding the guard by a bit
it might cause your guard to twist a tiny bit compared to your current "held action"
it might not twist at all
until i can get my hands on the source code, i cant really give an absolute answer
