pole axe is about distance to land the full hit so you stay back but i havent found anything that smash as hard as it, it blows the tops off and helmets go flying

it can block standing, once you get in midgame you unlock the alley and you can bait enemies into traps by breaking a beam and a stack of barrels will dump on their head and sometimes cripple them

arming something gimme a sec

arming doublet, don't add armor to the arms of it at the armorer or it will block the vambraces.
