@eager mortar Here's a high center guard with a parry into slash, you can see me line up the sword with where the mace is most likely strike from at the start. You can adjust your stance with subtle mouse movements. This is the basic practice you want to get used to doing for parrying reliably. At least against a single target, things get a little more complicated with multiple targets, but I wouldn't worry about that too much until you have the 1v1 basics down well. Just a lot more variables for angles of attack to think about with multiple enemies. You basically want to catch the enemy's weapon with yours and force it past you to make an opening and then quickly close in and make your attack.

@coarse atlas Oh boy, not my best. They're so fast, its a little much for me right now. I'm used to throwing my swords around with no mouse interaction besides the initial mouse flick just to get it going. These new swords follow my every mouse movement and they're sensitive, its crazy and my playstyle has to change a bit. I love them, thank you, ill get more clips when I get up later.
