in case anyone doesn't know, you can loot enemies weapons even if they're holstered, it's just not very intuitive. You have to grab either their thighs or torso and then hold the grab button, it will make one of the weapons fall off but you'll still have a hold of them. If they have multiple weapons holstered, hold the grab button again and another weapon will fall off, keep doing that until you pull the armor piece you're grabbing off, that means that all of their weapons have been taken off. Then ungrab or whatever and you can pick the weapons up off the ground

You DEFINITELY cant kill your own mercs. I stripped one naked and beat on him with the Beak for a solid 5 mins. tried a bunch of different weapons. Half sworded his face till he was red from the chest up - still didnt shut up

It burns your stamina almost instantly, but I dont think it gives muscle gain

I'm not sure. It could be that it's just a flat usage of stamina over time as opposed to, quantity of stamina at once, if that makes sense

armor is given after match, weapons you need to leave with equipped.
He also has a Sword, Mace, and Rondel Dagger.
The mace is the best of his weapons imo.

Baron will get distracted even by your downed teammates (if they're still breathing) Use that to get some free hits in.
Luring him and his cronies around the table in the back is an effective way to fight if you're solo. Their weapons can get stuck, and they cant all attack at once.

Tbh I've always had them (for some reason) drop their items and try and bite me. At least chainmail is super effective against that.
