try updating BIOS, GPU drivers, try changing DirectX from DX11 or DX12, just play with the setting. Those are the main things I did. In that vid my graphics were on low, DX12. Before I updated BIOS though. After a BIOS update it runs even smoother, but I switched to DX11 and it seemed to help a bit too.
