some interesting things about the plancons: the asymmetrical plancon is internally referred to as "WarStaff_A" and the symmetrical one is "WarStaff_B" - WarStaff_A has 23 smaller spikes on the haft, 6 sets of 3 and 1 set of 5 slightly bigger spikes at the top of the haft, and it has a blade on the end like a typical spear.

WarStaff_B has 12 larger spikes, 3 sets of 4 on the haft, 13 if you count the tip because it appears to be a large spike and not a blade, so the other staff may be better at cutting. This staff appears to be slightly shorter than the other one

I find it useful. It's only after you kill a certain number of willies the boss will spawn but if you ignore them and just keep running around items and equipment will keep randomly spawning for whatever tier you're in. The willies will also eventually despawn if you run far enough away and different ones will spawn in. Useful if you're going up against willies with good weapons that you don't want to deal with.

Oh nice, true. You can also double click and hold while sprinting straight forward and your lock on will target them before you can see them, if they are somewhat in your path. I know the bosses seem to always spawn straight ahead of you and a good way to quickly dispatch some of the lower tier bosses is charging them with a pitchfork like that

not sure, I haven't played war thunder too much, I just remember hall of meat from Skate it would show you an xray of what bones you broke and other stuff if you had a major fall, it was really cool.

Willies seem to have actual organs and musculature and stuff so it would be neat if they added something similar, if you get stabbed in the ribs and get a punctured lung or broken ribs or cracked skull etc. Not just after death, you could see it after battle even if you win maybe to see what injuries you survived with, and maybe see the damage you did to the other guy. Idk. I just think the dismemberment and gore system is so cool and dynamic, I've never seen a game like this where it seems to simulate actual organs and bones and muscles and stuff in real time

For me it's not so much about the amount of blood and guts, but how realistic it is. When you cut their throat and they're gurgling choking to death as they bleed out, or hit them in the head and they get concussed or knocked unconscious and wake up later, hit them in the leg or arm hard enough and it breaks or becomes paralyzed etc. The only other game I've seen with that level of violence realism is red dead 2. With a game so focused on realism and accuracy to medieval battles I appreciate them not sleeping on the violence aspect.

They said they're adding back the falling out guts and exploding heads, but I hope they also add more realistic stuff like for example maybe a bad enough head injury doesn't just knock them out or give them a concussion, but causes decorticate or decerebrate posturing, or a spine injury can cause paralysis in the legs, and arms too depending.

Game seer is very flexible and gives full creative freedom to the devs from what I hear, so its not them screwing the devs over or anything like that, it was probably more likely holidays getting in the way of things.
The devs have friends and family.
Just like how my regular job is getting in the way of me getting anything done myself

i think it was done for gamescon as temporal solution. Online pvp would be easier to make if local screen is done already. UE4 is as far as i know doesnt "put sticks in wheel" when it comes to online code
