I'd argue that it depends on weapon preference and tactics
Dodge won't help you in a wrestle in half sword but it'll do wonders if you're using a mace or poleaxe
Stamina on the other hand is a huge boon if youre getting stuck in and kicking grabbing and wrestling, especially in full armor
