there is a harder but more rewarding version,you need to get a grip of below the knee or the knee with one hand,with the other hand you need to grab the back of their leg by doing a punch motion and grabbing when your hand connects,then drive sideways and upwards they will get taken down easily and most of the time they get fall damaged too
