Okay Guys, The Billhook Is The Master Of All The Weapons.
i was struggling to deafeat the baron
due to a bunch of crashing
and crappy weapons and starts
eventually which is about an hour or 40min ago i got the billhook
and this thing slaps
you can reach behind their armor easily and it's extremely effective against armored enemies in both ways that you can hold the billhook
i was able to knock them hard with the blunt damage the billhook offered with it's heavy range
and easily beat all enemies without a scratch
the best combo that i can think of to beat the baron is the billhook the war hammer a buckler and a little bit of caution
war hammer slaps as well
Also found out why it kept crashing the game, it's the gore level that really gets there.
i put everything as low as possible and it worked, i could beat the baron

The fatal crashes in the Ultimate challenge are primarily due to an issue with a 3rd party plugin that is being used for blood.
For most users disabling blood using the blood slider in the gore options resolves this issue.
We are working on a more permanent solution.

Personally, I just focused on getting into a close bind in a half-sword stance and then just jamming the tip into their armpit or neck, depending on what was more exposed. If they were too armored, I'd just break their arms with the leverage and then beat their head with the pommel strike.

Yeah, to spin the weapon over the head, you wind up to your shoulder, then press X to switch hands.
I have mouse that I can assign keyboard keys to, so my Right click is hand switch rather than Half Sword Mode. Makes it really easy to do the spin that way.
