Try to play around with small, and slow movements. Watch all the different positions you can capture. Then start trying to move from one to the next.

Then after you are comfortable with small movements, start moving through them with more speed and force.

Once you sorta whip from position to position, the sword moves a bit differently. Thats how you get it to whip behind your head or back or w/e you want it to be.
