It’s a camera issue, with how it’s positioned it’s easier to make full drawn back swings with your left hand compared to your right. If the camera angle was swapped it would be the same issue but with the other hand

It's more than that, fully physically simulated characters at all times. Most games only have those physics for deaths.

To make it run online and make sure everything syncs well while being fully physically simulated at all times is a whole nother ball game

You can split lower tier helmets with enough force, but the whole point of full plate was literally to be a walking tank. It WAS impossible, it's why armored knights ruled the world until guns.
