Listen and listen good. Get into an active duel with Willie and open settings, select Cinematic graphic preset and apply, then select Epic graphic preset and apply that. You will get the shaders of Cinematic with the preformace of Epic.

The spiked goedendag is an example of a low-skill-high-reward weapon and it can be infuriating to deal with. The easiest way to beat it is to know WHEN you attack.

Granted this only works with the billhook, since it's a long polearm, but the idea is that you have to pay attention to the NPC and when he's gonna swing

If you can't change the DPI on your mouse then it's probably really low, so yeah I'd try boosting that sensitivity by a chunk in the settings

If it's a two handed weapon, my recommendation is to hold right click first, then drag your mouse to aim the weapon, then from there, double click and hold left mouse (you can try alt a little as well but clicking is more stable)
This is a much more stable and accurate stabbing pose, and a proper halfsword thrusting stance.

to practice with your aiming, there's two different ways you can keep your FOV.
Third Person- with Low FOV, so you get a closer view.
or alternatively;
First Person- with High FOV, so you get a wide view of your weapon and it's positioning.

go to ur library, right click on the game in the hierarchy, click on properties, go to general, click on the bar for launch options, type in -dx11 and then close out of it, then boot it up and see if it fixes
