skill issue with writing or with how bot was written (or both), bots need details and sentences (1 sentence doesn't count) to come up with someting, if they don't have that, they can come up with anything and in a bad way, the way you write to the bot trains them to give out better/worse responses

basically the more details, descriptions, rich vocabulary, the better the bot and the big red error won't show up

Ooc will only make the characters do what you don't want more and be out character more frequently.

Using a rule or system drictive is better to get them to act right. Pin one or put it in the character sheet.

What do you mean limited editing? If you are 18+ you can edit the bot message or yours. You can edit your own bot when ever you want.
