1st, yes they do gain things from lying. By lying about everyone enjoying this, it actively makes the app appear better and keeps it with a "cleaner" reputation. It also makes those complaining quiter because we are to belive we are the minority. In the end? They gain more money from new users.
2nd, I literally said several times that we have no way of knowing who is the majority and who is the minority since we have 0 access to the true statistics. What I'm trying to say is that we can't be 100% sure either way, but currently there does seem to be greater evidence against cai than for it at the moment since the claims against it seem to have more of a source, even if that source is personal accounts. Cai isn't really reliable for information since they haven't disclosed any proof of their claim and would have a vested interest in lying about their approval rate. At the moment the low app store ratings seem to be the best indicator of community opinion
