Here's what I got so far, the issue might be with your wifi, if ur using wifi, try switching to mobile internet and see if it works that way, if ur on mobile internet, try the other way around, if it still doesn't work, try VPN since it blocks any blockers from the country or the internet or some others, im not sure if that problem occurred to me before, but maybe this would help? once i tried to open the web but it was blocked so the VPN helped me, the problem might actually be from ur wifi.

I’m not sure how to explain it? It’s sort of a permanent spot for the bots to pull details from. Like if your character has a specific background with the bot, you can put it in the memory so the bot knows it.
