Anyway what I was trying to explain is, tickets go through a queue and bumping your ticket helps raise it in that queue

Idk if it actually lifts it or if it just gets mentioned to whoever reads it, but same outcome either way

Sending another ticket DOES work, it just puts you back at the latest of whatever queue they put you in
