Hey, so, I just decided to try the call and voice chat feature on a whim.

I've noticed something.

Characters that should have an accent, when I'm in the calls, don't. They just use this default computer voice.

And when I select a voice that has more of an accent, it ignores the fact I have selected that, and goes right back to default.

Did voices that aren't the default voice get put behind the paywall?
