I’m just sad that my favorite chat with that character got deleted and I wish I just saved the whole chat. I know things like this always happens sometimes so I tend to save my favorite moments. At least take a screenshot of the whole chat so I will have it forever. But it’s really annoying when I thought that I could have it forever and then it suddenly just disappears.

You can’t download chats directly from the app. You can either record a video or copy and save the text. Or, you can download chats using an extension, but it only works for pc
