For me, it's because now I can barely use any of my pfps that I used to be able to use, and a lot of the time I did, at that, and now more than 90% of them just straight up don't let me, and most of them are literally stupid stuff, and it's ridiculous when you consider how much worse some of them could be. For example, there's images that I'm sure would make even the devil flinch, and compared to most of the images I use, a lot I crop to get what I want in the frame in the frame, and they're honestly really tame compared to alternatives...

It depends on what you mean, it's not that sleep directly chews your brain up.
It's just people with short sleep duration tend to have a higher chance of developing dementia.
You can still regain cognitive function via patience and fixing your sleep schedule gradually as It's not even permanent.

Guys I need help because the support desk just has NOT gotten back to me.
Imagine will not generate anything, claiming that the chat will generate something outside of guidelines, which is silly because nothing inappropriate was happening in the chat.
