It’s done via Persona, a verification app, not a google account. So you have to do a selfie and then take a picture of your ID. If it was done via google like that, people would just change their birth year to be verified

The detection methods they are using aren't good,, at all. All I've seen people do is complain, the amount of adults that get detected is crazy and the amount of minors I know who still have access to being able to chat is as well. Like I said earlier I really think they should just make people verify they are 18+ right from the beginning instead of having any type of detention for it, because it isn't working.
