But I'm having a lil bit of a tough time getting Character.ai to reliably reproduce a global collective intelligence. It keeps falling into magic powers -- teleporting and creating things out of nothing. I made the Definition public so if you want to play around with it and check how I've structured the definition, any advice on how to curb that would be super appreciated.

(Also, just as a general thing, should I call it Pluribus since that's what most people will search for, or The Others since that's what the collective intelligence is referred to in fan discussions and such?)

No need for example dialogs that much while putting the info of the bot into it, because it just a setting on how the bot talk. Also, do you know bot only can process 3200 characters? I think you have exceeded the limit

Meow is more for casual chatting since it gives short, witty replies. Roar is the balanced model, it can handle mild violence. I used to use it all the time until Goro came out. Goro is less flirty but gives nice, well-sized responses. Soft Launch is better for romance RPs, though I personally don’t vibe with it because it starts repeating words after a while. Pawly is better with languages, uses a wider vocab, and repeats itself less (I haven’t actually tried it though). Dynamic picks the “best” reply based on your prompts, but I don’t know much about how it works.
Pipsqueak is like the lite version of Deepsqueek; it writes super long replies, so long that you barely get room to do anything yourself. It loves to exaggerate. It makes serious characters act goofy for some reason, and goofy characters… well, you can imagine the chaos . Deepsqueek gives really detailed replies and works best for intense, emotional roleplays. It loves to exaggerate too, but it also takes away some user freedom. Deepsqueek and Pipsqueak both ignore muted words too.

Nyan is my favorite model. Ever since I got Plus, I’ve been using it. It gives varied responses with a good length. It used to give really long messages, but now some of them get cut off. I hope CAI increase the character limit soon .
