So basically some minor accounts are being deemed as under 18 and have a limit on how long they can char with bots. If you want to know how they do the scans check announcements. I'm PRETTY SURE after the 25th there is going to be a mass "ban" where all minor accounts/under 18 accounts can no longer chat with the bots anymore. Any account that is seen as under 18 that isn't has to appeal with a selfie or ID.
