Hello. I was wondering if the quality of responses has gone down iver the past few months for anyone else? I had been looking at my old logs with various bots and noticed there was a decline in comedic responses and clever jokes.

yeah they have. the quality was so much better when i started using bots back in 2021-22

I know that some of it is due to the staff shuffling about over time, which is fair. But I believe the introduction to Pipsqueak in the initial rollout to users was kind of when the decline became noticeable.

Yeah it keeps using the same script and it seems like it doesn't even read my responses sometimes it just goes off on random tangents unrelated to what I've said

I normally don't have trouble with basic fonts, but this one does make accessibility a bit of an issue. I don't have dyslexia but some of the letters are definitely blending together, visually. Plus the absence of visible italicized letters makes it difficult.

It is working. But some having issues with it because it's their ISP issue not c.ai, the problem everyone had was when sending messages was slow and it says "something went wrong" but their issue is completely different where the intro doesn't show and they can't send message. That's why to solve it is Vpn

Another question I have is about my bot getting their own features/appearance and personality wrong

They are supposed to be aisan with black hair and pale skin, but often describe themselves with blonde hair and tan skin

Also sometimes acts the opposite of her intended personality, she's supposed to be a queen bee, with a personality of a popular mean girl from those 90s movies, but also with a caring and empathetic side.

But sometimes acts like the equivalent of Sierra from Total drama(if yall know her)

I love pipsqueak, it's so descriptive and works so well, but the stupid fucking [End Scene] thing and randomly talking AS YOUR CHARACTERS when it hadn't done that for ANY OTHER CHAT is starting to get incredibly annoying.

Also, chat above, I can really only recommending holding in on the bots and pressing "not interested", and hopefully they'll go away eventually

It's not just you, I've noticed that too, also for the recommended page I dont think theres a good way to get rid of specific recommendations, I swear Ive tried so hard to stop getting recommended one In particular but no matter how many times I hit "not interested" it STILL finds a way to get suggested to me so I give up on using the page entirely
What I do instead, is I go under characters I like and browse the similar characters section, that tends to give me more accurate and different suggestions

Ok so to regenerate a response I have to click the button and then swipe back if I don’t it loads infinitely and never regenerates and it’s quite annoying to deal with

I feel like c.ai has just gone so far down on quality ever since it added deepsqueak and pipsqueak. Like the other chat styles have been affected by it, memory has gone to shit, bot replies either get repetitive or write a five page essay that’s random rambling not related to the chat at all, and having a pre set Persona doesn’t even matter because it decides what you look like for you.
