it might jsut be an issue with the devices age. I ahve strong wifi but sometimes my pc acts up and is slow, especially on c.ai. Though it usually disappears after a bit, I still reccomend doing a ticket for the slowness.

your device spec/ bots you're using don't matter. It's more of the Style/ server issue.
Try switching to other styles in the meantime.

Most likely. If a lot of ppl are using cai at the same time, it could lead to server overload and causes the AI to generate the response much longer, or sometimes make them really wonky.
Try switching to another Styles and see if it fixes the issue temporarily.
