It’s more complex than that. IF you commit a crime IRL and the police want to look at your chatlogs, they’ll hand them over. It’s just like how police can get your emails, web search history, text messages, etc. but CAI isn’t handing anything over without law enforcement asking for it.

it would be like. if you were asking a bot for advice on how to kill someone and get away with it and then your s/o was found murdered in the exact way the bot recommended, and you were a suspect—thats the kind of situation where it would be applicable. if youre roleplaying robbing a bank, then its not like the cops are gonna use that as evidence that you robbed a bank irl unless there were really clear distinctions. i imagine it acts the same as any other information search warrant—theyd need probably cause to ask for the logs

If yes then try those:

it's probably bcs you have some banned words in the description/ definition/ greetings/ tagline/ bot's name that's hindering it.
The banned words could be smth Harry Potter/DC/WB franchise's related words, violent words (like k!ll, sh, murd3r, etc), or just words that could be seen as inappropriate even if it looks harmless within context.

What you can do:

• If you're unsure which word causes your issue, you can try leaving one paragraph at a time and try to save it, to see which paragraph has the banned words.,
• Once you find which paragraph has it, you can try figuring it out on your own which word/s is/are the problem.

There should be reports about it so the devs know about these bugs. If no reports then basically the devs won't know and wouldn't fix it. Bugs might take weeks if it's a hard one for them to fix. Some minors bugs would take days or less to get fixed
