The only c.ai+ specific features are auto-memories, the Nyan chat style and chat customization. The rest are mainly just expansions for free features like 100 swipes instead of 30 and more muted words, stuff like that.

You still have the verified badge, though.
Try going to discord settings > Authorized apps > Look for cai, and then deauthorize it.
That should remove the verified badge/ unlinking your cai from your account.

And then relink it once more by going to cai (on the web) > Settings > Go to Community.

Or if that's too much of a pain in the ass or that you don't want to deauthorize it, probably ping-ing the mods is the way to go.

which they could've done ages ago, but at least it's in tos now + when you rate chats, you're ALSO giving them permission to look at whatever chat you rated so it was happening regardless. all this means is that they're going to look through it to see what their customer base is more interested in

The only thing in TOS I could find that they changed is the Intellectual Rights Property that lets them copy, modify, publish or display publicly, and use for commercial purposes any content you submit (characters, intros, possibly even images) and use them worldwide without paying you, even in the event you delete the content or your account.
