The bug I’m experiencing with my bot is that after I send a message, it responds with one or two sentences, then cuts off mid-reply. I have to swipe to view the rest of the text instead of seeing different response options. Once the full reply is visible, I can’t refresh to choose an alternative response either. Sometimes, I’m unable to send new messages at all and have to leave and re-enter the chat to get it working again.

"New chat from here" means that when you select that message, and hit that button, it'll make a separate chat. Your previous chat will be saved in the history section of a bot, this way, you dont have to go through and delete a ton of different chats at once.
