Sometimes the explanations/questions the bots give sound like they just got it from Google. It sounds so robotic instead of a person actually trying to figure something out

And sometimes the bots go "I'm gonna say exactly what you said to say I understand even though you just said that"

Oh I think if your cookies setting is set to "Allow third-party cookies". And you are in incognito mode then this mode makes chrome block sites from using third-party cookies. And I think c.ai uses third-party cookies. Not sure, but also you can use any of the methods I said. Or ask someone else.

Shadowbanning is for banning the bots that is created by creators (users) and remove it from searching. You misunderstood. So try using data instead of WiFi or opposite. Maybe try using vpn too

Well technically the app only makes the birthday pop up appear if you never set it on the app specifically. But also it can be because you might deleted your account and it's making new one on the same exact email.

But since you said you have never downloaded the app nor set a birthday in it. Maybe that's why it popped up for you. Because only the app gives that pop up but the site doesn't

Or it's because you deleted your account (If you did) and if you entered with the same email that you used on your deleted account. It would make new one and ask for birthday pop up also but in the app.

No, so like I mentioned, I didn't delete it but it's like someone locked me out or something like that and I thought since I put out the ticket they did it already, I put all the stuff I could remember that I could from it in the ticket in the support center, but anyway so I did in a desperate moment attempt to use the app to get back into my account but when I tried to login it made me a new account each time I couldn't access the old account at all, I could still see the old account however though that might have changed

Hm.. maybe it is gone since if you can't enter your old account from site nor app then it's deleted but if you can on site and you got the birthdate pop up on the app then it's probably because the birthdate wasn't set up before on your old account since it's only can be set on app not site.

But it can be also new account and a birthdate pop up could come also from it.

But I don't know what the email you got, it's either probably saying that your account is deleted since it takes time to confirm it (if you did delete it or maybe someone else did while you didn't know). Or it's either you requested something from your old account to be resolved

Well I don't know then what the real problem is. Since lots had the same problem like you when creating characters and it gave them error and when they checked if they got banned words or something else. They found it and they removed it then it worked for them.

If you are on minor account then minors don't have edit button but if you are on adult account and it got removed for you when you had it before then it's a bug and you should report it.
