All that's really known is sometimes people have issues, they usually clear up in a day or two, if it's Behavior you don't like, rewind back to before it happened and swipe until they don't do the thing that you don't like, and if it's connection issues just do some troubleshooting

It's not really something that can be fixed. What you're describing are bad bot definitions. Especially if you've been talking to a bot for a while, degradation in quality is extremely common

And especially more common in ones with bad definitions because they don't know how to continue a story anymore or even stick to a meager definition. I recommend trying to make your own bot and train it, because you might get higher quality role play from it in the long run

Honestly don’t really wanna send a ss lol, but best I can describe it is that an example is a bot I’ve been using for like say a week, and since yesterday it’s completely forgotten about chats sent in the last few days and going on based off old information and it’s confusing. But if I delete and go back to where it’s having the memory issue it then goes back to the memory of the recent chats.

The lack of a "log out everywhere" button is a bit concerning.
I had an infostealer, so chances are I will export my chats and delete my account to make a new one since yes, the infostealer can steal character ai cookies too, and with the lack of a way to log out devices, you cannot get them out.

Unless there is another way to log out another session that I do not know of.
