I don't doubt that. I'm sure most people are okay. It's just that I've been reading some msgs here and they're pretty concerning, if not frustrating or annoying. Something is definitely happening server-end, but I don't think anyone is 100% sure how long these problems will last.

You usually don't get your tickets answered, but it still helps to raise some awareness to the devs that this bug and that bug exist by sending the tickets.

Short responses? Send longer, more detailed prompts

Repetitive? Keep spamming swipe and re-wording my prompt until the bot gets what I want it to do

the more people send in a ticket about the issue, the easier it becomes to isolate a cause

I've noticed when some users send something asking for help, it's usually a really easily fixable problem that could have just been solved with a bit of exploring and experimenting.
