You get to try out beta features and experimental features before free users(they release in waves so if you don't get them right away it's usually normal), the bots have better memory and give better replies, remember more, you can pin more, have up to 20 muted words, over 2000 characters for a persona instead of 750, a support channel and general chat in the discord just for plus users, chat customization, the Nyan chat style, lots of stuff

100 swipes for responses too but that feature is a bit pointless 💀

Depends on how much of that character's definition/description is filled, and just how many pinned messages you have.
I experienced a character recalling things from over 80 messages back while the definition was empty, having little description, and only two or three small pinned messages

You can send an email or a ticket to the team, but you have to be patient on this one, you're not alone here. There are plenty of people having problems and sending tickets, so you can wait days or weeks to have your problem solved. You just have to be patient and that's it.
