I think it is, if you use the app on a daily basis. Responses are generated faster, the memory of bots is slightly better, you get access to beta-functions. There are also a few cosmetical things you can change with c.ai plus (changing chat backgrounds, changing colors of text bubbles), but I don't think they alone are worth to pay money for the app.

But as I said, if you use the app multiple times a week, I think it is worth buying it.

You can change the AI model, use custom parameters to change their repetitiveness and creativity, max tokens (a.k.a characters limit) they can generate for each responses, everything is good there. It's also uncensored. The only downside is it's not too family friendly... y'know what I mean.
